The Diversity Practice is an award-winning management consultancy which aims to develop and deliver inclusion through better leadership. .  

Stellar’s task was to raise awareness of how the consultancy helps global corporations, public sector organisations and community groups turn diversity into a strength to drive progress.

Our team identified a key message around creating the right environment and conditions to bridge boundaries and embrace differences. We developed a campaign to demonstrate how diversity and inclusion opens opportunities for leaders, teams and communities.     

In partnership with Bloomberg, we invited the UK’s leading broadcast, print and online media to the launch of Different Women, Different Places, a groundbreaking study by The Diversity Practice that revealed the shared experiences of Black, Asian and ethnically diverse women working in the UK, US and Middle East. 

Over 50 key media were in attendance for this essential event.

The campaign itself generated in-depth, wide-ranging coverage for the report and the issues it highlights.
